There's way more than 4.  Off the top of my head there's Barclaycard, Amex, Nationwide, RBS and Amazon CCs as well as your consolidation loan, finance with Currys and PayPal Credit and two or three applications for doors and windows.

There's no way any of them didn't check at least one of your files.

Credit applications can lower your Experian Credit Score. As long as you haven't made any applications for credit in the last months, your Experian Credit Score will increase.

I don't need to.  You already posted that there are 13 hard searches across the three CRAs.  Whilst there may be some overlap it's still 13 hard searches.  Considerably more than the 4 you were claiming last night.

You now seem to be backpedalling when you realised what you've admitted to.  And that should really tell you something.
