I've been doing both for most questions, but just the multi-choice for the odd one or two.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
Consultation completed. I went very heavy on:
a) The model should align with local authority parking
b) Debt recovery charges should not be allowed as i) the costs are not incurred anyway, and ii) the increased amount only encourages the PPC to run to court, thus further increasing the burden on the courts
c) Resident settings must not lead to increased PCN values (LA model etc.) and permits must not be allowed in such a setting - rather easily revised whitelists must be maintained
I hope this helps.
PS - I don't really have evidence to submit so I've only done it online.Jenni x5 -

I have sent a link to Pilgrim Bandits and asked them to forward the email to Tyler Christian.
Anyone who has followed this forum for a while will remember the case of the double amputee veteran that was ticketed by VCS while his disabled badge was being renewed.
He did not actually come to the forum. The case was reported in the Nationals.
Pilgrim Bandits is a charity that looks after amputees.

Basically, the MHCLG have gone from nearly there, nearly getting it right, to suddenly being taken in by the industry and putting forward words that smack of the BPA hand, putting forward an utterly appalling and disproportionate proposal about 'debt recovery fees' that will directly fund the roboclaim legal firms like Gladstones, who have a conflict of interests with the IPC as we all know.
Really clever of the BPA and IPC to have bent the ear of someone who doesn't appear to know what they are doing. I feel the only way to make the MHCLG come back from this precipice if if we kick up a storm.
I plan to do the same and there are other MPs who spoke passionately about the issues, including the added false costs, and Rishi Sunak reassured them "in theory there is a maximum. It's the job of the new Code to enforce it."
So maybe Rishi Sunak needs to hear from us too, along with any and all of those who spoke best, here in 2018:

There were plenty of very clued up MPs there (the Newquay MP, and someone in Devon were particularly good).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
