Hi I hope you are well. Please can someone advise what does this warning light mean?

I'm tempted to say RTFM, but even the type of car would help.
It's low coolant or similar, but it's not a universal symbol used by all car makers.

Honda Civic sport 2015, I think its something to do with it being a Diesel car?

Almost certainly water in diesel filter.

On page 115 it describes the problem as 

- Appears when water has accumulated in the fuel system.

- Appears if you have parked your vehicle for an extended period.

Think I would get it to a dealer if it was me .....
