It's low coolant or similar, but it's not a universal symbol used by all car makers.0 -

On page 115 it describes the problem as- Appears when water has accumulated in the fuel system.
- Appears if you have parked your vehicle for an extended period.
Think I would get it to a dealer if it was me .....
