You are not alone in getting this. It's a mistake that Edf don't seem to be in a hurry to correct.

It's a variable rate, so do they need to correct it?

The undertaking that they made to previous GNE customers was that they wouldn't increase the rate before 30th September 2021. Presumably after that date they can increase the charges in that tariff

I'm moving away from EDF and they have just sent me an email offering £100 credit if i stay with EDF.  More calculations again.

After collapse of gne, I've been with EDF on a really good deal for dual fuel. Must be many others in the same position. Wondering what the best option is when the deal runs out at end of August.
