It sounds very scammy if they are not making it easy for you to get your money out. You may not actually have any profit or the crypto you think you have. I think this one is for more crypto savvy people than me I'm afraid.

Coinbase wallet has been recommended any other i can look at ?Any way that involves you throwing good money after bad confirms it's a scam.Ask them to return your £200 deposit to the original payment details and tell them they can keep the crypto. If you have actually "made a few quid" they will be happy to keep the profit.1

The web address provided by the OP turned up the following:-
https://www.scamdoc.com/view/624798
https://www.scam-detector.com/validator/ccg-trade-review/
If this is the company the OP is dealing with, these results suggest his £200 is lost.
Ignore persons or companies claiming they can get your money back, you will just lose more money.

There are plenty of retail platforms where you can get access to crypto.
Coinbase is a good starter. Swissborg my personal fave. Then there is eToro, Revolut etc etc.
Golden rule, if anyone ever claims that you can make a GUARANTEED profit, it's a lie and a scam.

As per my other post in one of the other threads, I seem to be caught in the exact same position.
I made a deposit of £200.00 to a company called Coinitix.com, they immediately transferred my money over to a trading platform called InvestXE. InvestXE guided me through trades, however one particular trade ended up really bad. I pulled the plug at this time with a loss of around £50.00.
I tried to withdraw through InvestXE back to my payment card originally, after a couple of hours they rejected it saying they can only withdraw to a Bitcoin Wallet. As I was in complete unknown territory by this point, I tried to take it back to Coinitix but they was having no part in it any further.
I have done ever so brief checks of these Bitcoin Wallets, but to withdraw it seems you have to pay more to obtain this service. So it was like a scam-leading-a-scam and I did not want to risk any further loss. But yes, no idea which way to proceed with it. As I knowingly used this service I very much doubt my credit card company would be able to assist in reclaiming the funds so...0
