Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree! :D
  • me too... just realised i'd spelt girlfriends names wrong... called the premium number (took a few redials to get through) and changed straight away, no charge and only about £1/2 on the call... a lot better than £100 !:):):)

    VERY RELIEVED
  • Ryanair have a great reputation for correcting minor mistakes for free - unlike many other "budget" airlines, they're pragmatic enough to realise that a spelling mistake should be corrected for free.
    From Poland...with love.

    They are (they're)
    sitting on the floor.
    Their
books are lying on the floor.
The books are sitting just there on the floor.

Has anyone had any experience of trying to get Ryanair to change names once you've checked in online? I've just checked in for a friend who I'd bought a flight for, printed his boarding pass off and realised I've spelt his surname wrong - I've put an N instead of an M ....... Ryanair website says they can't make any name changes once you've checked in :(
  • i missed 1 L out of my son's surname once. i rang as it was playing on my mind about being charged extra at the airport, i rang the £1 line and was on the phone less than 2 mins they corrected the name at no extra cost so i was relaxed when it came to fly.

don't think you can do anything about it now just chance it at the airport, or ring them
  • After worrying about this a lot, I called Ryanair, and they corrected it at no extra charge and no hassle. That was only one letter wrong mind.

hmm just having a read through this thread, no reason really just browsing but the last few posts seem to be from new posters, not saying that it's spam out anything but I'd be ringing them to find out myself, is the number on say no to 0870.com at all?

I have just booked a ticket for someone to fly on RYANAIR and have just noticed that I spelt their name incorrectly on the booking.
Instead of XXXERMANN I put XXXERMAN (missed one less N off).
Will this booking be OK and accepted when she turns up at the airport tomorrow ordo I need to do anything?
I was going to ring them but they wanted £1 @ min per call...

this happened to me.... i rang the £1 per min line they answered instant my problem was dealt with in less than 2 mins at no extra cost.... your better off ringing the £1 line than not being allowed on the plane...........

The only post prior to yours in the last 7 months was from a new poster. Do you think it's a long term spamming campaign? ;)
