So I lost the POPLA appeal.  Now have 3 Debt Recovery Plus letters and most recently CST Law Unpaid Debt Reminder Notice.

Already wrote to the land owner (last year) with no joy.  Do I wait till CST Law actually issue the court letter or should I write Complaint Letter to the landowner now telling them I will fight it?

Not looking forward to court but want to fight this on principle

    Thanks

You can try the landowner again. I can see no harm and it might help. At the same time though, be aware of what comes through the post so that you do not miss a letter of claim thinking it is just debt collector rubbish

Adapt the letter I wrote for a CIS case last week, to reply to CST Law.  It starts 'Dear R Taylor' so you can find it back in my replies from around 24th Feb.

There is no actual email address for CST in their letter (as they say i should contact Debt Recovery Plus Ltd) but they have a contact form here https://www.creditstyle.co.uk/contact-us - should i also attached their Unpaid Debt letter?

Yes, may as well.  Toy with them.  Greedy sharks.

Hopefully the likes of them will fall away from the parking industry as the parking firms have to clean up their act due to regulation by Government and the fact the added costs are banned.
