Snakes_Belly said:Some of my family are off to Cornwall today including two teenagers and their girlfriends in one car. Three cars in total including one with a disabled passenger. Which are the hotspots? Marazion and Fistral Beach are ones that I have seen on here. The obvious would be to keep their proof of payment/ticket safe for some considerable time afterwards. The Council car parks tend to have a clause “If you cannot pay do not park” and might not accept a faulty machine plea - despite the fact it has a duty to maintain them.Hope they have a lovely PCN free time!3

The Parking Eye ex coach park in or near St Ives too , plus any Armtrac or IPC infested ones !! Beware !!2

Sennen Cove is an Armtrac hotspot. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Please post your draft PoPLA appeal here. The other thread is for PoPLA results.
Please also complain to your MP about the government consultation, especially the part where it proposes to legalise the fake add on debt recovery fees.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -

Glad to see you said you have done the Government Consultation.
Also, I hope you've also registered for the Group Action, against the DVLA (open to anyone with a PCN since 2018?). Gotta be in it to win it! Nothing to lose, and it's genuine.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Initial Parking have submitted their "evidence" to POPLA. Essentially 30 pages of photos signs and rules.
No crucial employee body camera video footage that I specifically requested (as everything hinges on that), and not a word back about the misleading pay before or pay at anytime signage.
Says I have 7 days to "comment" ... any advise on what to do next??

1. You cannot enter any new areas of appeal, or evidence even relating to appeal points already made
2. You have to respond using a maximum of 2,000 characters (not words), so forget 'flowery' formatting, use bullet points, use shortened initialisations (like PPC rather than Private Parking Company), go easy on the punctuation
3. Your deadline date is closer than you'd at first imagine. Think 6 days rather than 7. The drawbridge is raised pronto. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
