This sign is a bit contradictory, how can you read the terms and conditions if you do not wait or otherwise remain?
  • Are these car parks still owned by the St Aubyn Estates?
Would it be worth contacting them first pointing out contradictory payment options and hoping for a cancellation?
  • Hi OP.  Firstly check the car park please as there are so many in Marazion.  Second - photos not great but hopefully ok to use.  I took a lot so let me know if there is any particular angle you want as I may already have it - or I can nip back.
The photos are absolutely fantastic - great coverage and very clear, and this was the exact car park we used. I'm going to have a good look through them today, but I think they should really help us. I think the only extra thing that would be useful to know is whether the instructions for the machines were near to the machines, as there doesn't seem to be anything in the way of guidance on the machine frontage. Really appreciate all your effort and help!

Section 69 of Consumer Rights Act 2015 says:
69 Contract terms that may have different meanings
    (1) If a term in a consumer contract, or a consumer notice, could have different meanings, the meaning that is most favourable to the consumer is to prevail.
