Hi OP.  Firstly check the car park please as there are so many in Marazion.  Second - photos not great but hopefully ok to use.  I took a lot so let me know if there is any particular angle you want as I may already have it - or I can nip back.

Already been mentioned by @Redx on Monday, but don't lose sight of this...

In big letters on that Tariff board it says...


Yet in the tiniest lettering underneath the JustPark banner it says "Payment must be made on arrival"...

(not easy to read - I wonder if @zhonguonuren has, or can get, a better picture?)

So as Redx said earlier...

It's ambiguous and breaks the CRA ,  so report Initial Parking to the BPA AOS team for confusing , contradictory and conflicting signage...

Section 69 of the Consumer Rights Act states that if there is any ambiguity, then the statement that most favours the consumer prevails....

69 Contract terms that may have different meanings

(1) If a term in a consumer contract, or a consumer notice, could have different meanings, the meaning that is most favourable to the consumer is to prevail.

Do you know I genuinely did not see the Just Park banner and I was really looking to use anything that would be helpful.  This is shocking.  I would be prepared to write a witness statement if it would help.
