Can anybody go to The Company shop or is there certain criteria for joining?
Yesterday wasn’t too with good SW…..life got in the way and I went off piste…..I did a lot of body magic though over the day and I’ve got a week to claw it back. Not sure where my will power went - it certainly wasn’t with me. I had a lovely day though 😃January spends - £587.581 -

Morning all. Nothing wrong just late this morning as went to WI and only got back about 10 minutes ago! Just long enough to change my shoes and make a cuppa!
I'm still at target even though it was 0.5lb gain so I'm now bang on top end so glad about that as this morning on my scales I was lb heavier than I was yesterday morning! No idea why as I no syns all day so why the gain? Never mind at least I didn't need to book holiday for the next couple of weeks when I'm away (although I could have gone next week if I was out of target and behaved myself whilst away, which will be easier this week as not meeting up with either lot of our boozy friends, LOL! We're only away from Monday to Thursday. Then home for weekend and then off again the following Monday for a full week. This new group was better this week as some of the women from my old group have changed to the same group so at least I had some people I knew to talk to. No one really spoke to me last time I was there other than to say hello!
Well done Cranky, great loss.
Looks like I got in just in time - the rain is coming down quite heavy and it's very windy. Noticed my neighbour was hanging washing out when I was making my tea - don't think that's going to dry somehow!
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F (only eaten half so far but may have the other half later, perhaps after lunch)
L - jacket potato, beans, salad (F; S)
D - something with mince - probably shepherds pie, veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - weekend wine (mainly because there's 3/4 bottle LO from cooking yesterday)!
Have a good day everyone.

Great loss @CRANKY40. Well done!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
That's great to be still at target @joedenise. Delighted for you. Now you can go away on your various trips knowing you can sort out any gains before next WI. There are some bonuses for being at target. 😊
We're going to a party tomorrow. It's a garden party so I'm guessing there will be some sort of barbecue and I'm hoping salads and strawberries or other seasonal fruit. I could have whatever I like but prefer that sort of food.
I haven't done my meal plan or shop for this week. I'll go later this afternoon. Today's menu is based on using up what I have in but might vary the Speed for dinner.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
D- fishcake, potato cubes (F), asparagus, mange tout, mushrooms
Syns- Morrison's fishcake 2, weekend wine😋1 -
We're having a BBQ on Sunday as DD2, her partner & son are coming but they all want pork ribs! I'll have a couple which will be within syns and DH and them can eat the rest. I'm going to do a SW BBQ on one lot of ribs for me and the other lot which we got at the butchers are sticky maple. Will do jacket potatoes indoors and they can finish off on the BBQ; will also do salad of course - can't have a barbie without salad! So there will be plenty for me to have and won't go over on syns (well not on food anyway, LOL!).
It's great that I'm still in target and didn't need to book holiday. I'll have 2 weeks to rein things back in after which should do the trick!
Enjoy your party/BBQ maman.
