No. They print 4 different pages but, as far as I am aware, the only reason for printing the form is to show the QR code which demonstrates that you have filled out the form - all the rest of the information is already in the central register.

Can't you just print the page that has the QR code on?

That's what I do when I get a barcode for something I've ordered on click & collect.

I never print the whole thing.

Why doesn't the Argos/Next/George form not sort it out?

I have complained about the passenger locator form. Perhaps you should complain about the other forms of which you are aware.

I wonder if the paper size of the form is set to something big so needs 4 x A4 to cover it all

I find this is a common problem with all sorts of paper work. Sometimes it's loads of adverts for the company involved or Ts and Cs. Our local cinema is a case in point when only the bar code is needed. I use print preview and choose only the page I need. More often I don't print at all, just show my phone.

So I'm not surprised about this form but surprised OP hasn't encountered similar before.

A choice of which pages to print is not made available to everybody, and many of those that do have the choice do not notice.
