Anyone know why Passenger locator forms print four pages instead of one.?

If you’re the one doing the printing then you always have the choice of how many / which pages to print, from any application0

The form contains a lot of information which is why it takes up 4 pages - you do not have to have a printed copy - You can show the form on your phone or tablet .
However for peace of mind and to avoid any extra delays at check in or the border- it is recommended that you do print a copy in case your battery goes flat whilst you wait in the queues.
You will need all the pages so that when checked by airline and then UK Border Force they can see your name , booking reference for your test, which countries you’ve travelled through, the address where you will be quarantined ( if applicable) if you have booked test to release , the flight you arrived on, seat number etc0 -
I thought that but maybe not all printers have that facility, although mine always have had.alidai said:If you’re the one doing the printing then you always have the choice of how many / which pages to print, from any application
I have no experience of the passenger locator form but if there is relevant information on all the pages then, of course, I'd print it all.
I always print a hard copy of things like airline tickets as the consequences of my phone playing up would be far more serious than not being able to collect an item from Argos! 🤣1 -

That 'idiot at Ryanair' was probably working to a directive from higher up.brianposter said:onashoestring said:The form contains a lot of information which is why it takes up 4 pages - you do not have to have a printed copy - You can show the form on your phone or tablet .
