    Do you really need an Alexa controlled speaker?

    The reason I mention this is I believe, and I could be wrong, you can link any bluetooth speaker/headphone to an Amazon  Echo device, so if you already have an Echo or Echo Dot just get any decent bluetooth speaker, link it and it will synch to the music being played. Obviously you wont be able to voice control it from outside but that shouldn't be an issue if you going to set up playlists beforehand anyway.

    If that is the case(which it does looking at a couple of yt vids)  then job done opens up the options and price range a lot.

    Could even go for a few smaller ones that group to make a good sound stage at much lower volumes than a bigger single one trying to fill a garden
