TalkTalk price increase.

I have had notification of a £2.50 per month increase from TalkTalk plus annual inflation increase. I am 6 months into an 18 month contract which stated "as well as peace of mind that your package price will stay the same for the length of your contract". I am told by them that it doesn't apply (small print). I have until Friday to to renegotiate or leave without cost, but get told each day after 30 minute wait that loyalty department is unavailable, call tomorrow. Does anyone have a phone number or email address where I can make contact with them please, or any other advice?
