Just an update on this currently have 6 tickets outstanding over a period since July 211 Ticket is with Shakespeare £8505 Tickets still with Tracytwatrecovery - No doubt these have been upped since the original £60 awaiting "litigation" letters. The new development manager is backing my decision to fight the tickets and agrees that they acting in a rogue and predatory manner, trying to get something in writing from her but she dodging the bullet abit.Im still sticking to my guns and fight the case though1

Another Update -
Fresh letter from Shakespeare amount 850 - Dated between July 21, July 22
Wrong car reg on the letter and wrong name on the letter.
I've been having a few discussions with the Management company regarding the tickets, and they cc'd me into an email chain informing PCM that it is my parking space and that the fines should be cancelled. However, PCM gave the generic response of "its currently escalated with the law department there is nothing we can do" This whole email chain will be helpful no doubt in the future.3 -
Wrong car reg on the letter and wrong name on the letter.Ludicrous! Report them to the ICO.
That email trail is gold dust because it smashes apart any 'legitimate interest' that PCM might try to hide behind, to support £100 per day charges.
While your case is quiet, please read the DLUHC's latest move towards ending this 'extortion' - an analysis that was published at the end of July.
The forum is discussing it:https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6463361/dluhc-private-parking-code-government-launches-call-for-evidence-discussion-thread/p6
Please read it and the IA itself, and learn about the need to respond to the private parking draft Impact Assessment this monthYou want to help us change the law?
To be clear, we are nearly there; it's not a petition or some weak campaign, it's a final push on a law already passed, to cap the £PCN levels and ban the fake DRA fees.
The Government has a Call for Evidence open right now.
We are particularly wanting photos of unmanaged car parks and Asda/Tesco/Sainsburys £70 signs or Hospital £50 or £60 deterrents (or car parks with broken signs) please.
Post your pics of "no deterrent" or "low deterrent" (signs no more than £70) on that thread please.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did you send that email trail to the DLUHC in time?
