Nice one. Hang on to the screenshot of the cancellation for the next six years. PPCs are totally unpredictable and now they have your address (although should erase it now the case is ended) there's always the possibility of them chancing their arm some way in the future.It shouldn't happen, but one PPC (not a million miles away from your latest and greatest chums!) were previously involved in 'revenge' claims against Co-op employees, legitimately parking at work for their day's shift. Their parking was recorded and stored, then when the Co-op didn't renew the parking contract, the 'revenge' doors opened and claims flooded in.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
