It is a top console, i have one and yes ive had to return it to the shop twice due to rrod (3 red rings), how long have you had the console for, i know you bought it from amazon as you have stated,No Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

He got the console in June 07, he is all in all pleased with it, I think its the frustration of their customer service that is the point which I am trying to get across, we all have things that go wrong, but its how it is dealt with that makes the difference.
Its a bit like insurance, you don't know how good or bad it is until you need to use it.
Still haven't managed to get another label out of them yet... feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall!!!!:mad: :mad:2007 £1749
