No chargeback for non receipt as Op " requested cancellation"Jenni_D said:Raise a claim against your card provider ... they'll probably process it first as a chargeback for non-delivery which will get your money refunded immediately (but the seller has 45 days to contest it, so the money could be snatched back). Otherwise it can be raised as a Section 75 claim (which makes the credit provider jointly liable with the seller for the performance of the contract).
