I’ve spoken with the court who have suggested applying for a Warrant of Execution against VCS. I’ve just had the displeasure of calling VCS and asking them for the address of the company along with the managing directors name, as expected the clown on the phone reluctantly gave me the address and wouldn’t tell me who the MD is!

Has anyone had any experience with dealing with Warrants of Execution?

When you apply for your warrant of execution/control don't forget to add £60 for admin/debt management fees!
ETA Now confirmed it is as I thought.

When I’ve been filling this out online there is nowhere that I can see to apply for this, do I just add this to the overall cost and hope that the court action it, is £60 the standard fee I assume

It's an "in" joke about the warrantless £60 debt collection charge that is added by PPC claimants. ;)

If court appointed bailiffs get involved as a result of this, additional fees will be added automatically, but you won't get them paid to you, only the amount as per the court judgment.
