Success in Court against VCS Ltd

Hello everyone

I recently attended a court hearing against these low life’s for a PCN I received last year in the height of lockdown. I won’t go into detail but I strongly encourage anyone who is unlucky enough to have any dealings with these idiots to fight them all the way, don’t give into there bullying tactics, feel free to PM me if anyone wants any advice into my case

Anyway the reason I’m posting is basically after attending Court and winning, VCS were ordered by the judge to pay me the sum of £95 for loss of earnings, however despite me emailing them several times they have done nothing but ignore all correspondence! The deadline for payment to be made was last week. Can anyone help me in relation to giving advice into what I do now?

Many thanks

Read the MCOL website and look at warrant of control !!

But first email VCS and give them 7 days to comply with the court or face a warrant of control etc

Strong persuasion by legal action threats is a good incentive

Well done on your win !!  Nice to see JB loses yet again , yet never posts about his losses !!

Thank you for the quick reply

    How the tables have turned!

Thats great I’ll have a look, I wasn’t sure if I could go down that route as it would be loss of earnings that I would be pursuing

Failure to comply with a Court order ( judgment for the defendant ) is what you are pursuing

Well done on your win. I would certainly cut them no quarter.

Have you read the post about how much their business is down during the pandemic?

    My <3  bleeds (not).

The car park was a private one in Wakefield on Smyth Street. I parked up not even knowing it was a pay and display!

Well done on your win - ANOTHER VCS ONE BITES THE DUST!

Get onto the court about a Warrant of Control if VCS don't pay up when you give them 7 days warning.

It is always great to hear about another win in court...but we need you soon, please join us in something important!

Please do us and yourself (and the driving public) a favour and stick around on this forum every week - at least for the Summer - to ensure you see when the Government publish and open the final Technical Consultation.

We will be talking about it and the public will have about 4 weeks we think, to tell the MHCLG what you think about the level of parking charges, that the MHCLG has admirably decided already will start at £50 (50% discount) and not £100:

Outcome of 2020 Consultation (look what the public comments achieved so far):

    https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/parking-code-enforcement-framework/outcome/parking-code-enforcement-framework-consultation-response

Planned Summer 2021 additional Public Consultation:

It's not open yet but please keep checking back here to see when it is.

We need real people like you to counter the spamming that happened last time from the industry.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

PS - hi all. My non-voluntary 2 week hiatus is over. ;)
You might want to read this thread. There is mention of the Excel/VCS appeal.
