Yes, so why ask it again? Besides you’ve posted on the wrong board. You want the Debate House Prices and the Economy board.
  • No brainer of a Q *shrug*, prices are already coming down.

Yes - what's wrong with the existing thread?

Who knows. It’ll be dependant on area as well. The place I’m looking house prices are still climbing.

the rate of price rises slowed last month.  That's a lot different to saying prices 'will come down' - no sign of that at all.

And? That’s where these threads about debating house prices and asking people to gaze into their crystal balls belong. Whilst closed that board specifically asks people not to post threads intended for it elsewhere on the forum yet people won’t stop clogging up this board asking people what house prices are going to do as if we can predict the future.

This is not directly aimed at the OP but every single poster who starts a thread asking for house price predictions and speculation which seems to be happening on an almost daily basis now.

Thus demonstrating significant unsatisfied demand for such a board.
Perhaps Martin could capitalise on that by offering  such a service behind a pay wall? (fondly remembers the old Monty Python Paid Argument sketch.)
