Thanks for both of your comments guys! She has now closed the dispute so I cant do anything!
I might e-mail her and tell her about the dampness (as I had no idea about these hot water bottles) it has completely put me off selling, but I do know I have a clear consience

You could do something you could post her a refund. There is no reason for it to put you off selling, you just need to make sure that you provide the right details in your listings.0

I think its been different interpretations of the same description really. i think ill see if she can sort out the dampness issue and hopefully resolve it that way esp. if dampness is "normal" with these things!

anyway she wasnt happy with that as she said it went all soggy "leading her to believe it was stored in a damp place for along period of time"
i have bought several of these and on the last 1 which was shop bought with instructions cleary states that with the first few times of heating the item may appear wet/damp....(its something to do with the wheat inside it being new)....and will be fine after a few times of heating.0
