make sure you block her from bidding on your future auctions! You can do this on the 'my ebay' section.0

SNAD - significantly not as described.
And if I read the first post correctly, YOU are the SELLER, the other person is the BUYER.
Edit - and why start a new thread - surely you could have bumped the other one ?
2nd edit - I notice you posted the same at the end of your other thread - there's absolutely no need to start a second thread for the same thing.0 -
SNAD=sold not as described?
imo i think your buyer is just feeling sore regarding the item description and is trying to get at you so to speak, there's no comeback on paypal so she's trying other routes?0 -

That is second only to bad grammar and spelling on here.
Ask for the threads to be merged.
And don't worry about this buyer or fraud.
For a few pounds who is really going to bother?
Or posting on the wrong forum no doubt!!
Thanks Avoriaz - she just seems really narked (and is a powerseller and "would never do this to her customers") and I basically wanted to know how far she could take it!

Personally I don't think you should have sold it as new if it was without wrapping and instructions, just because you bought it like this does not make it new. Most buyers expect a new item to be as new with packaging. You should have stated unused without original packaging.0

Hello
I can sort of see both yours and the buyer's viewpoints but I would swing just slightly in favour of the buyer on this. Although you kno w it was sold like that, so your conscience is clear, I too would expect a wheaty bag to come in a wrapper with instructions, or at least a tag on it to explain what it is and how to use it. Otherwise I don't think you should sell it as 'new'. I have a wheaty that came with bag and instructions - and the instructions explained how long to heat it for and also that it would feel damp for the first half dozen or times of use. From her point of view, she feels she has bought a dud and I can see why she is annoyed. Personally I would refund and put it down to experience. (sorry!)
