But I keep on forgetting that I will presumably not receive a penny in payments since I have not paid any recent NI stamps!0

Still waiting for a letter from DWP confirming whether or not I will receive any ESA payment in addition to NI creditsI sent in a fit note covering 3 months - a week ago, I received a txt confirmation that they received it - but no letter or anything elseI asked my local "work coach" for advice and was told to phone them - despite being aware of my speech problemsNOT IMPRESSED0

Do you have someone that can ring on your behalf? As you haven't paid the correct amount of NI contributions then payment as well as NI credits is unlikely.

I'm reasonably certain they must have a minicom line.
Actually just checked and yes, they have a textphone number.

And just to add further options, the number at the top of my ESA letter for textphone is 0800 1690314. The usual number is 0800 1690310 so you could probably also try Relay with that too.

Actually it did work, because from that letter I had to phone them. I don't remember whether it went through to ESA directly though or if it gave options of UC or ESA.0 -

That's odd because it's the legacy benefit number and it should have given options for JSA/ESA or Income Support.
