    I don't know if RM will speak to you as it is the sender who has the contract with them or if you will have to get the sender to chase it up.

    Yup and I can see this not going my way. Not being home I've had tons of missed deliveries but this is the first time I've had one supposedly completed but no one has seen it.

    Elsien was referring to the retailer.
    That was who we were discussing when I asked you what they'd said when you told them the neighbours hadn't taken your parcel in.
    And you replied that they are closed at the weekend.

    Who is this retailer who doesn't open at the weekend and doesn't have any means of contacting them when they are closed?
