surely if its adverted with a three year warranty then that is part of the contract as a consumer and seller is made therefore it is part there of the offer.JJ_Egan said:Seller does not have to provide a warranty .Warranty is not your Consumer Rights .But the warranty may give you very little in regards to repairs replace etc .It can quite simply say as little as it wants .Consumer Rights as said against the retailer .0
