    There won't be 2 separate claims once the CCJs are set aside as you will ask the Judge to Order them to be consolidated and for the Claimant to file a single claim if they believe there is a cause of action (because the original claims are out of time and dead).
    @Coupon-mad, there are two PPCs in play here - UKCPM and VCS.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    As above , we were misled into believing that it was 2 CCJ s from UK CPM , but it's one from them and one from VCS , two separate CCJ,s , different companies , twice the work

    Ah OK (sorry, it's the EIGHT PAGES of circular questions - already all answered on the forum - that made me miss that!) but no doubt one or other will discontinue when you get the CCJ set aside, or the Judge may even strike out a claim if it appears to have no prospect of success once you've got the SAR from both of them and can see the 'evidence'.

    This is perfectly achievable.  Happy reading!  Get some confidence and knowledge.

    Apologies, but please try to understand that this is a very big deal to me right now. I can appreciate that it’s very annoying seeing the same questions time and time again. I’ve got a notebook with 20 odd pages scribbled from reading the forums and a google document copy and pasting advice I come across. It isn’t making it any easier for me and I still have questions.

    Does anyone know where I can find an email address for Vehicle Control Services to send the SAR to? I have a general enquiries email for Uk Carpark Management so hoping that will suffice.

    Neither will suffice.

    The NEWBIES thread tells you how to find the DPO email for any PPC, in order to do the SAR.

    We know it's a big deal.   We help people every single day to beat these CCJs and pay NOTHING.

    I know what will help you most and this thread is not it.

    VCS = dataprotection@vehiclecontrol.co.uk
    CPM = dpo@uk-cpm.com
    I am assuming these are the actual PPCs

    Hello again, I’ve had a look at the dates and details of one of the PCN. What has happened was the car park usually has a 3 hour stay and the DAY BEFORE I visited, it had changed to a 2 hour stay. I hadn’t noticed as I’d visited many times and knew the limits. Unbelievably, I met someone there, who also got a PCN on that same day (but they knew about theirs as their letter was sent to them) and they spoke to PEEL and it was dropped.

    my question is whether I approach PEEL and explain the situation. Or whether (which I think you’re going to say is the case) this won’t make a blind bit of difference and they won’t have the power to ask VCS to drop it. Do I still need to go down the haven’t received the letters route set aside to VCS & the SAR/Data Rectification Notice?

    You need to be dealing with the set aside. Consider the approach you outline above only if you have to defend the claim ..... after your set aside has been decided.

    Are you choking on that elephant leg yet, the toenails are horrible!

    So no to approaching PEEL directly and explaining the situation? Stick to set aside with VCS?

    Awful elephant indigestion at the moment. Also resembling an elephant at the moment too!
