Is there still urgency for completing in 2 weeks when they are from two years ago and the second from 7 months ago?
The urgency is to act promptly , quickly and decisively once you are aware of the two CCJ s , typically within one to three weeks , so it's make your mind up time as to with consent or contested !!  Quickly

You don't have the luxury of time for set aside applications

Pointless worrying about the original claims until you are granted set asides , so not eating the whole elephant !!

It's a two stage court process , different timescales , two different judge's probably !!

For all you know there may be more PCN s and more court claims , hence the SAR

SAR takes 30 days or more , DVLA enquiry , 30 days or more , so for set asides assume half of that time , say 15 days

Arghhh I don’t understand how I decide to do with consent or contested. Does this mean contacting the parking company first to ask them to remove it, or not? Or is it still relating to filling out the N244 form?

There are just too many things I don’t fully understand - consent or contested, set aside, N244.

I’m totally squashed by the elephant.

A set-aside, as you have been told is absolutely the best thing for you due to "defective service" and not because you disagree with the amount and not because you are "credit cleansing" which judges hate.  Just get on with obtaining the N244 forms and pulling together all the details of the judgment date, amount and original PPC.
I have the N244 forms, I asked the court to send me them yesterday. So the set-aside is part of the N244. Ok got you. I thought it was two different things.

Capitulation and agreeing to not dispute anything is with consent !! , plus agreeing to pay the two £100 fees plus pay in full the two CCJ s , is not contested , where you rollover , play dead and pay through the nose with blank cheques , you would assume that the parking company would be happy to oblige , costing you maybe £800 in total  ??

If they don't agree , you have no option apart from the contested route and fight and dispute all the way

Or you fight and dispute all the way , giving no quarter , arguing about everything due to paying out £255 twice

So with consent  is saying I’ll pay everything I “owe” but is the CCJ cleared off? £800…. Although it may cost me more than that for a solicitor to help me with the contested route?

Which route do most people on here take? Contested? Do most use a solicitor or not?

If the with consent is agreed , it goes to a court to be rubber stamped , a 5 minute job , otherwise the CCJ would not be removed , so a judge still signs it off , CCJ removed , within say one month of the rubber stamp

Knowing nothing about it is irrelevant , it's as paper exercise where both parties give consent and you agree to pay everything , with proof of payment , a lawful agreement between all parties !

If you are disputing , you dispute everything , repeat everything , everything you can think of , no stone unturned !!

Everything , even if you don't understand

The contested route is disagreeing with everything , you name it , you dispute it !!

Filling in the form's is definitely required , only after considering both options , plus obtaining consent if going down that route before filling them in , hence why you must make a decision , you don't know what the claimant will agree to , or not , at this moment !! Don't jump the gun !

That is a worry but only if the without consent dispute is in play , same as Britney has been in dispute and doesn't consent , for several years !!

Which parking firm is involved. Sometimes we might know how amenable they are to consent!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I’ve just called the court and asked for the parking company details and they don’t have a phone number or email address. They said they don’t need one because they have the solicitors…. Who also have no email address listed on the court documents and a phone number which doesn’t work. Fascinating.

You're not wanting any phone numbers - you don't phone anyone about this. Everything in writing.

Go back and ask which parking firm!
