Tomorrow I need to work on the N244 which I plan to submit next week if I don’t hear back from the parking company.
As I am yet to receive the SAR and therefore know nothing about the parking incident, I’m unsure of how to submit a defence to the actual parking offence itself.Do I just focus on the notice being served to the incorrect address & me never receiving it?1 -
Hang on ... how long is it currently since you discovered you would need to submit a N244 set aside? Unless your situation is one where time is irrelevant then time is of the essence - you can't just take it in your own time and spend weeks on it.Jenni x3
