I completely replaced the heating on a 4 bed house 3 years ago. New boiler, pipes and radiators. Cost 6k. Rewire cost 3.5k
Thanks Scotbot, how much disruption did this cause  to the house , i e were floors lifted and carpets pulled up? i am just thinking if we had money to rewire and new central heating installed, as i assume we have no pipes if its vent heating?? (no idea) the floors would need to be pulled up.

But i dont think we would have the money to put  floors back etc new carpets, unless the old carpets could be put bac down, until we have saved up some more money, as the house is the only house in the area we want in our budget as the market went crazy because of stamp duty
