    Sod's law - all suited and booted, confident and ready. Joined 10 mins early, 20 mins later nobody in. Refreshed nothing, rang the phone number nothing. Called the courts listing department and they confirmed nation wide problems! Haha been told to keep refreshing and hopefully the Judges and Clerks can eventually join. Clerk has been informed that I was on time and am waiting. Currently got phone one refreshing and internet video one refreshing, in case either start working.

    Hate sitting in suits, this is prolonging my pain! :p

    At least it has been noted that you were there on time, ready and waiting an they should not find against you as happened to one poor person a few weeks ago.

    How long is one expected to wait?  My patience runs shiort affer an hour.  
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Oh, that's horrible, feel very sorry for them.

    Yes, I logged the times etc of my joining and my call to the court and the lady at the court confirmed she's logged my details etc. Still not in yet and hearing should have started at 10:30am. Hoping it's not rescheduled as I took a day off work for this, which I won't get back haha. Plus I'm mentally prepared, no nerves etc, in great place, I want to get on with it! 

    Court said they may email out a new platform to use but haven't received anything yet. 

    Hopefully it will start working and the Claimant will have got bored and not turn up. :p

    Still not in and now the boiler man has turned up, typical timing. Should have been done by now. Partner would deal with him but she works for the NHS and has been called in on her day off.

    Hearing has just started, boiler man sorted, explained to the court he may need to stick his head in about leaving or emergency parts etc, due to the delay. Just been put back into waiting room, as the clerk's are having to explain to everyone that trials are all delayed by X amount of time. A random person just joined mine for a different case haha, she was very confused!
