Hi, in settings there is a part for mobile data, it is so frustrating I have not been able to find a manual for this tablet.
What I can't work out is that in the tray there are 2 spaces, one I presume is for an SD card and one for something else which is so tiny that I can't figure out what it is for....

Any chance you could post a picture of the SIM tray (with an sd card in shot for scale)? Could you also post the tablet model number?

Hi, the only device I have at the moment with a camera is the tablet and I have taken that pic for you, I am on the laptop now and am trying to work out how to log on to the forum on the tablet there is nowhere to do it, until I can find that I can't upload thepic. The whole thing is sending me nuts, I miss my phone and my my pc so much. Main pc at my house, where I am tonight I have my lappy which I am on and which doesn't take pics and this tablet which shows no way to log onto the forum. Laptop key board feels odd, tablet making me crazy...it's so easy all of it on a phone and a proper computer..... I will keep tying to log on the forum on the tablet

Why not simply just tell the model number? You are just overcomplicating the matter.

Given they have recently raised costs from 3-2-1 to 10-10-5 - you could see the logic to them of killing of voice and txts on the data reward sim ?

I activated a new data reward sim 1st May had 200Mb a month since and not topped up receives calls and txt(no credit to try outgoing)

My other(older) active one still works at 321 rates.

have you tried a serial number search for the manual?

if very small probably nano sim,  most are supplied as 3in1 and you have to pop out the nano

trays are pretty standard.

Yes I have seen the vids ta, as you can see my tray has 2 slots, it's not like the one on the vid.   Doing a search on the page you supplied , thanks for that
