Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Because it was improperky issued in the first place. Because complaints to MPs can cause PPCs extra work. Because MP neede to be aware that these scams are operating under their noses. Because it has inconvenienced the OP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

I agree with you that this should be reported to the OP's MP, for the reasons you give but also because the OP said " There is council ticket machine but no ukpc ticket machine there are only ukpc signs (its pretty hard to say where the ukpc car park starts and where is council one to be honest)."D_P_Dance said:Because it was improperky issued in the first place. And the letter received from UKPC says that they feel that the parking charge was correctly issued. But OP as above states that there was no ticket machine and it's difficult to differentiate between parking areas.
It may be over for the OP but what about the other poor drivers using that street?

That's not what D_P_Dance is saying though. The point is that the charge has been cancelled for the OP but the car park company will still be charging other drivers, when there is no clear signage and the OP has had a big struggle to get the charge dismissed.Le_Kirk said:
Why would the OP complain to the MP that his PCN has been cancelled?D_P_Dance said:Have you complained to your MP?
Well done OP, another win!
I agree that this company needs to be complained about. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. I think that the word "complain" was used incorrectly but I do agree that the MP should be informed so that other motorists can be forewarned and therefore forearmed. If you send a "complaint" to the MP, you know where it will be filed.D_P_Dance said:Has the above answered you question Mr Le Kirk?1 -

My MP, Mr Sharma has been extremely helpful on every occasion where I have complained to him about stuff.
