UKPC ticket on leased car

Hi, I found a ticket from ukpc on the windshield of my car on 23/04/20. Car wasn't parked on a disabled bay or anything like that. It was just parked on the street in front of an apartment block where all cars park. Half of the street is a council car park and the other half is ukpc. There is council ticket machine but no ukpc ticket machine there are only ukpc sings (its pretty hard to say where the ukpc car park starts and where is council one to be honest). The car is leased, I have received letter from leasing company on 25/05/20 saying that they have given my details to the ukpc and they will now contact me directly. I received another letter from ukpc couple of days ago but I've forgotten about it and haven't check it yet. Today i sent an email to my lease company asking them not to pay any outstanding amount as I will dispute this pcn. What should I do now? As I can see on the letter to the ukpc copy that my lease company sent me it says that they passed my details to the ukpc and named me as "Driver/Customer name [...] Driver/Customer Address" Please advise me what should I do now. I already received ticket from company like this 3 years ago and I didn't bother appealing and ended up paying way more than they originally were asking for because they were threatening me with letters saying that they would take me to court all the time so I gave up and paid. I don't want to make this mistake again. Thanks guys for your help.

Do you think it might be sensible to open it and tell us what it says? The car is leased, I have received letter from leasing company on 25/05/20That's a long time ago.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes, it was after they transferred my details to the ukpc. I'll open it today after work. Actually I forgot about it until today.Umkomaas said:I received another letter from ukpc couple of days ago but I've forgotten about it and haven't check it yet.Has that come after your lease company transferred your details to UKPC? They passed on keeper details , you , as hirer or lessee , so the responsibility was transferred to you months ago

ukpcappeals.co.uk/. Appeal/Lookup. ? Thanks
am the vehicle's hirer and keeper for the purpose of the corresponding definitions under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA) now it is proven that in this instance, the registered keeper is not the "keeper" (as defined under POFA), Civil Enforcement has no reason to contact Lex Autolease again regarding this PCN
I believe that your signs fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence, as established in ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis. Your unremarkable and obscure signs were not seen by the driver, are in very small print and the terms are not readable to drivers.
Further, I understand you do not own the car park and you have given me no information about your policy with the landowner or on site businesses, to cancel such a charge. So please supply that policy as required under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. You must either offer me a POPLA code or cancel the charge.
Thank you for your cooperation and I look forward to receiving your response within the relevant timescales specified under the British Parking Association Ltd Code of Practice.
Yours faithfully,
My name

I cannot tell you what the correct link is , that should be on the PCN or website
As for the appeal , it should be adapted to suit , unless it is Lex & CEL !!1 -
No, that is not the correct template.typeczek said:
