Just had an email back saying that they (the person i have had the correspondence with) has
'looked into your complaint as requested and responded with my conclusion and explanation, I will not be responding to any further emails regarding this matter.'

@BEAGLE99 I am in the same situation as you, could you please let me know what information you have requested in SAR in an email to Nexus group & to which email id have you sent the email to please.

You have jumped on a two-year old thread and all the info you require is actually in the NEWBIE sticky (NEWBIES please read these first) on the front page of the parking forum.  The person you tagged has not been active on the forum since September 2021.
