Just had an email back saying that they (the person i have had the correspondence with) has
'looked into your complaint as requested and responded with my conclusion and explanation, I will not be responding to any further emails regarding this matter.'

Then get your MP to intervene , as already mentioned , before a court claim is better than during one or after one , let's see if they will ignore an MP with their holier than thou attitude

What is the name of this person who holds customers in contempt

I have an email from RoadChef who quoted from a Group Nexus response.
Group Nexus tried to hoodwink RoadChef with fabrications

It's time for the CEO and if need be the media.   So, please PM me the first reply they sent you

I do it by PM because there are prying eyes here and what we say to the CEO has nothing to do with them.    All the regulars know they can ask me for a copy.

I've been following that thread so i wasn't asking the same questions as it was mirroring where i was with 'fragrant' Tracy
I have emailed the DPO at the PPC to update the addresses..seem to be dragging their feet so sent another email following up to why it hasn't yet been confirmed. I'm concerned about underhand sending out of court claim or LBC
As yet i haven't had that from DCBL just final reminder.

I'm not sure we've seen any Group Nexus get as far as a court hearing, the only cases we've seen progress to a court stage are judgment in defaults where the defendant hasn't responded to the various stages of the proceedings. DCBL are then in quick to seek the default. 

So you keep jumping each of the hurdles put in your path and hope they decide you're too organised for them to continue against, issue a discontinuance and go off in search of lower hanging fruit. Hang tough!
