SAR request

Hi..
This is probably a loaded question but i am about to submit a SAR to Group nexus CP Plus and using the template to do this.
Does the PDT record bit have any relevance as I'm not sure there was a machine and i certainly didnt use it.
So i guess that requesting that info is pointless and may delay the response.
Thanks in advance for any help
:)

    You can take it out.

When victims complain, all CP Plus ones are being cancelled by MOTO, though, and sometimes by Roadchef, if this was at a MSA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks
yes was an MSA. Also 1st i was aware of it from May 2016.
I read a lot of info on here to the point where my vision is blurred.
Sent 1 email to mark fox at road chef had generic response. ive seen a similar post where the OP has posted up the road chef responses so i will write another stronger email to them and the head people there.

Had 2 begging letters sent to new address so presuming DCBLtd used tracing service but no LBC yet.
So SAR is just in case and for some more info as its a long time ago. But i am fairly sure it was in the dead of night falling asleep at the wheel and i wasnt aware of any overstay which would have been tiny bit over.

Been on google maps street view and went into the MSA to take pics and video. Both show that side of the car park.. where you would immediately stop as falling asleep has almost no signage. Also the route out has almost no signage (1 tiny sign by a layby area on the route out..so easliy missed or blocked by vehicle in layby) so very easy to miss as you left that area.

As i was unaware at the time of this i think letters may have been discarded as i used to get loads and loads of junk mail that went straight into the recycling and wasn't expecting a PCN. Possibly my dad threw them in the recycling. If i had been aware i would have contested at the time. Moved some years later and that vehicle has gone so i have sent the PPC DPO an updated address for service.
    Now sending the SAR
    Thanks

Keep prioritising the complaint to Roadchef, emailing each week for an update and telling them that if Group Nexus tell them that ‘debt recovery’ has led to costs, THAT IS UNTRUE.

This is because this rogue industry uses unregulated firms operating on a ‘no recovery no fee’ basis, and sending a series of letters is what the £100 already covers. It is the business model itself! And pretend ‘costs for 3rd party demands’ cannot be lawfully added on top of a PCN anyway.

...and nor can CP Plus hold registered keepers liable because they’ve never bothered to use the POFA 2012 wording on their Notice to Keeper letters, so the keeper never had a case to answer.

DO NOT SAY WHO PARKED, IN ANY RESPONSE.

I noticed you posted some advice on the another post very similar.. as did fruitcake ... So i will probably use some of that info in my response to road chef.
    Thanks for the help
    :)
Its really appreciated..especially as I'm suffering from bad mental health at the moment.. signed off work because of it..and this PCN grief isn't helping.

Have you complained to your MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Having grief with my employer and trying to write a constructive dismissal resignation letter.. dyslexia and accute stress not helping.
But as said i will get complaining and also follow up the consultation thread as these PPCs are a disgrace.

    Update
I sent another very strongly worded email to the MSA operator outlining a number of points.
Got a short response back and i was asked again to provide details of any move date from the previous address to assist their investigation.
I don't know how this would help or indeed act as a confirmation from myself to share 3rd party data from the PPC to them.
They have the details of the PCN number so why would any update of address help??
    Thanks

They are going to argue that you had time to challenge the PCN when it was first issued. However, if you moved shortly after, then you would never have received anything.

It is irrelevant, but it seems someone has decided that losing customers by appeasing unregulated parking companies referred to as rogues, scammers, and bloodsuckers, is a good idea.

Give them the date they want.  It could make the difference and shows you to be engaged and reasonable.

Point out that any change made to the address with the DVLA after a private parking charge was issued, could never have been obtained by Group Nexus from the DVLA (because they are not allowed to ask the DVLA twice) so the date of moving makes no difference, but in the interests of transparency and getting this horrific mater stopped, the date of move was xx/xx/xx.   Tracing a new address is always the burden of the potential Claimant, before court action is contemplated/commenced but the DVLA address makes no difference once it has been supplied (once only) under the KADOE rules.
