I'm easily pleased!
The email included a form to apply for additional refunds, so I'll do that tomorrow0 -
Just a quick update, I've actually had a full refund of £1350.
All it took was a few emails and they were fine, 6 days it took.
So my advice is, dont be a silly sausage like me, check every single transaction!3 -
I’ve just noticed the same thing has happened to me for the last 3 years!!!! - can’t believe I haven’t figured it out before 🤦🏼♀️Have just sent an email, fingers crossed for a refund result. Any tips on what to include in emails pls?0

DON'T EMAIL RING THEM.
It's a free phone number and they will resolve it over the phone.Life in the slow lane0 -
I sent an email, they tried to refund me just a few payments. Then they tried to tell me how I signed up via a drop down box for addresses, and that could not be right because we are not on the royal mail database. I asked for a refund form, they sent it, I got all my payments of £580 back very quickly..

how can this be allowed to happen.....the same has happened to me. Luckily only since July as I check my bank statements every now and then. If this is happening to so many people then surely they are doing something wrong ( or right in their case) to be getting people to sign up for something they dont know about. They cannot send me proof i signed up and i have never received an email from them stating that I have joined etc0
