Mind your own business would be my advice.

If you had bothered to read the post properly, It is my business0

I don't see how it is your business tbh. The wall is not on your land. If HE need access to that pipe then then in within their rights to remove it. That does not affect you or your house in any way, it's your new neighbours problem.
Whether you tell them depends on how 'involved' you want to get. Sometimes it's best just to play dumb.
PS I've read the whole thread and it does sound like there is a tinge of righting some wrong against your former neighbours.Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool.0 -
Its my business because the wall is build over my sewer pipe (as already said)
All 4 houses have the same covenant.0 -
Your sewer pipe, or the water company's sewer pipe?0

So, to sum up:
1. Old neighbour built wall over sewer pipe, despite the fact they were not allowed to via existing covenant
2. Old neighbour didn't declare this on selling documents, and new couple buy house not knowing the wall is over a sewer pipe (issue not discovered during searches, surveys etc.)
3. You are now debating whether to tell new couple in the hope they will pull the wall down/some other reason
Is that about it?0 -
Is there any particular reason for raising it now? I would just leave any finger-pointing until the (probably immensely unlikely) time of it mattering.0

so your old neighbour didn't remove the wall when you complained but you now want the new neighbours to do so.
Otherwise what is the point in telling them.
They may just say thanks for telling us and leave it at that.0 -
The new neighbours won't have bought the wall if it's outside the land they have obtained.
