It depends,
what’s the covenant that was breached?
how does it affect you?
etc etc0 -
The breach was not to build anything over the sewer pipe (shared with there house and mine)
Built without planning permission and build on land they don't even own.0 -
Clearly it did not affect the sale.
There seems little to be gained in telling them now unless you actually want them to do something about. Even if you do want them to do something, it seems unlikely they would wish to knock it down after just moving in so it would probably only result in a dispute.0 -
It didn't affect the sale because the sellers keep quite about it.
Its unlikely it will ever affect the sewer pipe.
I am concerned they may find out about it from someone else and find out i always knew.

I would tell them. It doesn't cause a dispute with you as you're not disputing anything yourself. Get ahead of stuff like this..2

Is it built on your land? If not and you stand nothing to gain by telling them, then I don't really see why you would need to.
I certainly wouldn't worry about them finding out what you may or may not have known. Also, how do you know it wasn't discussed as part of the sales process and they decided to proceed anyway?

If they’ve only just moved in, I’d let them enjoy their house for a while, you could slip it into conversation at some future point.1

I have never be so sure that they were not told.0 -
