I'm too late for the OP, but for anyone joining check TCB (Topcashback.co.uk/smarty) - sent a friend that way recently - got the £16/mth unlimited for up to 12 months (would have been £18 direct), a decent amount of cashback for her & £7.50 for me (she had never used TCB)!  WIN - WIN - WIN! 😉
Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers  )!
  • HI there - its one of the worst phone companies in the UK.

Don't go there. Save your money.

There is never any 4G when the phone shows full 4G.

    The customer service is dreadful.

That may be your experience but it's not mine - as Smarty use the Three network  and is probably as good or as bad as any of the others, depending on where you are located.

For instance I get a good Three signal where I live and most places that I go, EE is just about OK, 02 is non existent and Vodafone used to be OK but I havent' tried them recently.
Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers

    I agree with you..
I have a three data reward sim in slot 1,and a RWG sim in slot 2. I use RWG for the free bundle.
When im out and about,i find the RWG sim has no signal half the time and i cant make calls, (emergency calls only) but three has never let me down.
Considering EE is the best network,i really cant see how it is

Does RWG have 4G Calling/VoLTE as without it, you'd be missing out on coverage?

Not yet. I read on fb they will have it by the end of the year.
Cant remember if it was a comment they replied to or not, even though in my phone settings, the button is on for volte on my three and rwg sim
  • Can I ask if is there any way to get better coverage and phone service? I spent an entire week giving SMARY postcode after postcode when I had dropped calls and no access to 4G and apps.

I would send them a report immediately, and the bot would come back telling me there were no issues and I was lying!

Smarty has wifi calling, that would help with signal.
