I have used Smarty and as a company I was really impressed, unfortunately the coverage on the 3 network didn’t suit what I needed. I would have stayed with them if it wasn’t for that.

Really happy with the network and support - I use it for the unlimited data. PAC a number over was really easy. Only small thing, is they're yet to release an app for management but it is coming soon.

If you search the forums and decide to join there will be a  free month referral option, which is handy

I’ve just ported one of my numbers to Smarty (£4 a month for 12GB allowance for 3 months) and so far I’ve been quite impressed. Signal has been good and speeds ok (30-50Mbps download).

@tehone The app is now in beta, I have it on my phone and it’s as good as any other network app.

@d123 Strangely I signed up to be a beta tester but haven't heard from them yet - an you an Apple or Android user?

It may be that the app isn't launched for my use case yet - I'm a group user, so have multiple numbers in mine

I have both the iOS and Android versions of the app.

The iOS version is available via TestFlight but the Android version needs a specific link invite.

I've been with Smarty for quite a while now, a few years maybe.
Never had any problems, either in UK or overseas, and have never had to contact them about anything it all just works.
  • I’ve been with Smarty for about 6 months…there was a special deal for £16 unlimited everything via uswitch..
im in the southeast so signal is quite good…had a few buffering issues in peak time but nothing to bad.

    overall it’s a good service
  • How do I get it on TestFlight

I just sign in but Three cover is horrible where I use it so I will be leaving sooner than I expected.

So far so good , seems to have better 3g coverage than 4g where I live , but that's fine

Connected to 5g in Birmingham city center as well
