Parkyp said:Morning, is dd still symptom free.
thats good you got refund for furniture.Enjoy your samosas.
it is a lovely day here I went out a walk at 7am was really nice.
I have been sat in the garden watching the birds this morning. It was a little cool but still nice to see them interacting.
I have requested the refund Parky, I just hope that they issue it now! They aren't known for being so good on doing as they are supposed to be doing at the minute. I have seen a lot of complaints.
Fingers crossed!
I don't have much luck when it comes to getting money back. I am still owed £40 from my ex for months ago for a bag he has. Continue to ask him and get exactly the same response which is to be ignored.
Have a lovely day Parky xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

What a palaver for you, Willow. Sending safe hugs your way. You'll take all the setback to your plans in your stride as you always do though.
I agree about the gin being good and I hope a tot or two has lifted your spirits. Don't give another thought to letting work colleagues down. They know you're more than reliable and have bent over backwards to do more than your share for others during the various lockdowns and your illnesses/accidents.
Funny that I mentioned my comping just a few posts ago. I've pretty much stopped doing it except for charity draws and raffles but I entered something on a website several weeks ago which required more than just a click or 'like'. The more difficult it is to enter the fewer people bother to go in for these things as a rule. Completely forgot about it but heard yesterday that I've won a case of 6 bottles of award-winning English wine. I'm over the moon, it retails at about £15 a bottle. Far, far more than I'd ever pay for my usual plonk. I've never tried it but it's supposedly crisp and dry (sounds like cooking oil!) so will be very much to my taste. Not having visitors at present so nobody to share it with. More for me then LOL. Will be delivered on Tuesday.

I might have a go at some comping this week.
I can’t worry about colleagues anymore than I have now. I just have to get on with working from home. Nobody knew where I was going this week anyway!I’ve just sorted out a lot of the drawers in the spare room. I’m hoping to move a lot of it downstairs so I can get rid of the cabinet. Here’s hoping! I do like a desperado though. Bit of tequila in beer 🍺
I do like cocktails too but don’t really buy when out because they’re so expensive. I can’t justify £10 on a drink! XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Hello! Lovely new diary.
Don't beat yourself up about having to isolate. We've all had to navigate it. We all feel bad but when it's someone else on our team we don't judge or feel angry. We all know it can't be helped and you have no control.
I think its definitely kid growing season. Had to have a sort out of my girls clothes. All of it outgrown.
I hope you both get through the isolation ok xxxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000
Loan 2 £300/£5800
Total £5500/£138002 -
I don’t drink beer but think it looks refreshing on a hot day. However I’ve discovered I like Becks Blue alcohol free beer 😁
Boo to the ex dragging his heels over the £40 he owes you for the bag. Seem to remember he was pretty hot off the press when you owed him money 😡I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1 -

Thanks for following. I’ve lost a lot of followers as I had forgotten who was on there and didn’t have chance to look before it was deleted.Hopefully we’ll be fine and just have to get on with it. Today we both have work today which will be interesting. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

yes, I seem to remember that part like that too. I’ve had conversations with a lot of people recently (not about my ex) just about how people react and respond. One person in particular never seems to get stressed or hurt by others and their response. He told me that he can’t control their behaviour but your response is within your control. Going over it won’t change the current outcome. Think he’s got a really good point. All well and good saying it though! I’m shocking at following through 😳
Hope you’re ok and had a good weekend xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Morning everyone,
As predicted there’s always an unexpected cost!
My mum has DD a couple of days a week and has booked a holiday for next week. That means that next week I will need a full week of childcare which will cost me around £100. £60 of that was unexpected so the fuel saving for this week and childcare saving will result in just paying next weeks bill!
Isolation is ok. Tests came back negative. Just have to get on with it now.XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
