Oh I bet it’s a thought going back to work after six weeks, I’m bad enough when I’ve only been off a week 🤣🤣.I think we do get wrapped up in our busy lives that we don’t sit and relax and enjoy nature enough.Hopefully you can get your finances looked at, it does get more confusing when payments come out at different times of the month.Enjoy your last day, does dd go back to school on Monday as well x2

I just wanted to be around to see how things were. There’s been a lot of changes and I still don’t know who my line manager is. It’s under debate as my role is split across multiple sites and multiple people. It used to be the deputy head in charge of all of it but she’s moved now and there’s no clear replacement that would fit. It’s annoying as we’re back Monday and this has been under debate since May. It will need to be sorted soon though. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

DH worked in the education sector so had school holidays but I worked in NHS and didn't.Obviously cover had to be maintained at all times in my job and it was an unspoken rule that any of us who had no children or had ones who were grown up didn't book their 2 weeks summer break during the school hols to help those who really needed time off then. I managed to get 2 summer weeks all the years my children were little but, as you know, booking holidays in high summer/school holidays is darn expensive! At least we didn't have childcare problems or expenses for the rest of the summer as DH was at home and took up the slack
. I have to confess that the times when I had a week off when the children were at school and DH was at work was like a real holiday for me.

Had a lovely day watching add play her first football match today. She scored a penalty too! So so proud of her. She’s not confident around tackling or the ball yet so we talked about making it difficult for players to manoeuvre if she’s just there blocking them. She did it today and it worked perfectly. He couldn’t get round her and then of her players came and tackled him. It boosted her confidence. She’s always smiling while playing and some of the parents today said that they’ve called her Smiler! Made me fill up as it’s about her enjoyment. Her dad was there to watch too and then we had some lunch as a treat for DD.I picked up my glass things too and I’m smiling at some of them. The coasters turned out lovely and the winter scene too. The Xmas decorations didn’t go how I wanted but I know what I need to do next time. One of the coasters is a gift and it is so hard not to take a picture and send it. I am awful at keeping surprises 😂.
Inset day on Monday then teaching Tuesday morning. Right back into the thick of it!Have a lovely evening everyone xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
