YYou Never forget them, its nice when you can remember them and their characters with fondness rather than such sadness when they first go (although that stage can of course take years in some cases)
Enjoy kos, you definitely both deserve a but of gorgeousness

Thanks all,
It is a money saving site and I am aware of the fact I am currently absolutely not money saving! I can say that the money to pay for this has been earned and would normally be used for a lesser holiday and to pay for other things. After the cancer scare this year, my mind shifted again to managing money, but also having indulgences that benefit you.
DD is very particular and one of the things I struggle with on most holidays is getting a sunbed in a location she is happy with and with where she is happy to enter the pool. I absolutely hate the mad sunbed dash as we are always poolside by 9am and so many people just don't come down till lunch. I wish people would use sunbeds when they need them and then they would always be available, anyway, it causes me great anxiety every holiday, so I decided this one I would not have it. The dilemma I now have is which one do I use 🤣.
Normal bills money is doing ok. This is separate to that so that is still an ongoing battle. It will hopefully get better once I am able to have that month built up.
Hope everyone else is ok. Just waiting for DD to wake up so we can have breakfast.

It looks fabulous 😍Can’t beat having your own sunbeds. Enjoy your well deserved holiday.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪1 -
Thanks, sunaddict.
It is certainly a novelty!!
Had a lovely day and evening with DD. We are two hours ahead and she is relaxing with her iPad.
She had an hours sleep today, which isn't surprising as we had a 2.30am wake up yesterday to make our flight.
Tomorrow we are spending the morning at the beach and the evening in the Town.

Quite right @Willowtree222 to have a wonderful break. I know I've said this before, but our pets apparently lead us over the rainbow bridge and then there are no more partings. People who think they are lesser pets plainly know nothing about anything. Are you thinking of getting more? Rabbits that knock at doors?! Playing knock down ginger, no?! Love Humdinger xx

No more, no.
I have just had the garden completely done and would have happily had our rabbits back in it, but do not want any others.
We still have our hamster and that is enough!

Morning,
We are two hours ahead here.
Last night we went and visited Kos harbour. It was so beautiful. We got some gifts for people and I can now pack them in the suitcase so easier for me to carry back. We have 22kg allowance and one case was 20, the other 17, so well under.
We did a mini train ride around the city and then sat on the front watching the world go by before getting on our coach back to the hotel. We had missed tea so ordered room service. Again, DD likes food a certain way, so knowing we could get room service and the exact thing she liked was good, less stress. We have a well stocked mini bar as well. It gets a restock every day, so I have been enjoying the fruits of that!
I will count the cost when I return and find a way to cover anything that hasn't been. Up to now, it has all been covered.

Morning!
Have just spent some of this morning trying to write 50 goals I want to achieve. I am struggling at around 25. My vision board at home is also pretty empty as a lot of the things on there have been achieved. I need to have a good think and start to put things up so I can work towards them.
DD is still asleep so again just waiting before we have breakfast. This morning we are going to the beach.
I have also been working out how much the things I am not returning home weigh to see if I can pack some of the bigger things in the suitcase! The shampoo and conditioner come in around 1kg and the suncream a little less. I was under coming out but prefer this. We will use the majority of it so no need to bring it back.
The weather forecast for the days after my return is complete rain. Typical as I don't have a dryer either anymore! That is going to be an absolute nightmare getting all the clothes dry. Oh well!!
I mentioned an investment a few weeks ago that was looking very promising, I should hear how promising by the end of the week. Hopefully it will help clear some debt. My car is now desperate to be replaced.
It is nice in the mornings to sit in the sun, watch it rise and then chill with coffee contemplating what is and what could be.
