Universal credit RTI dispute,how long will this take?

    Which is why you requested the MR and all you can do now is wait for that decision and there's no timescales.

    The issue that sometimes arises, is that the employee is having deductions from wages to cover debt obligations. Have seen examples of all of a months wages being taken by the employers to cover a debt. E.g. a coach driver responsible for damage to a vehicle. The employers still report the wages having been paid on RTI.

    Not saying this relates to the issue here, but it is an example that there can be complications.
    The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

    Yes when I left a old job they put down I had received £90 one month which I hadn’t ..it was from days holidays I had taken but as I left the job they were owed back(if that makes sense )
