It’s been 6 weeks now.
My old employer gave HMRC the wrong pay details (over £1000 ) and this meant I received a £0.00 payment.
It was after the tax year when they changed this.
The original £1000 is still showing but under it it says £0.00

Then they have wrote (employer made a change to original submitted figures after tax year and on the 30 th match she was paid £1000 less.
UC have said HMRC sent me employer a letter and no response and also said they haven’t amended RTI FEED
They have amended it as when I log into personal tax account I can see it.
Now it’s gone to a mandatory reconsideration.
I have uploaded my evidence showing my personal tax account and correct figures.
They aren’t going to pay this payment are they ?

I log onto my personal tax account and I can clearly see it so why can’t they ?

As you've requested the MR there's no timescales for how long a decision will take.

Depends on what records the employers amended. Have seen examples where an employers have entered amended RTI information and UC have received the amended data. So it appears to be possible. If you sent your Bank statement which covered the relevant period, as well as the personal tax account record, then hopefully you will have the UC award amended. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0

I’m not sure what they have amended I just know when I log into my personal tax account it says from last year that it has been amended and it has the correct earnings but the incorrect earnings are still showing on there too.

AIUI the incorrect earnings will also be shown as they reflect the information reported by the employer.
The fact that it has been superseded by a revised Real Time Information report won't make the original disappear.0 -
So will this cause me to not be successful with my mandatory reconsideration ?Dazed_and_C0nfused said:AIUI the incorrect earnings will also be shown as they reflect the information reported by the employer.

No one here can answer that question. If you did as advised a few times and sent a bank statement to prove you didn't receive the money then you have every chance.

The earnings were paid to me but I paid them back via bank transfer.

Then a bank statement should prove this.
