well its not rm's problem as the pricing is clearly laid out and chaned over 12 months ago.
look at it the other way,your waiting on a letter thats inportant.
would you prefer rm just destroyed it as unpaid or held it at X office or gave the recipient a chance to get it?
as ive said rm has a duty to attempt delivery
the money isnt demanded as the recipient has the chance ot see the item and decide if they want it.
as usual people seem to think its evil RM and not the senders fault for not paying postage.i have the same arguments every day
