How do I delete aposting in the new interface?

Hi @Linton - deleting a post works just the same as it did before - look for the cog icon to the right of your post.

Keep in mind you can't delete your post if it's the first in a thread - again, no change on that front.

Sorry, where is the cog? I cant find it on laptop or mobile.

It's top right of each post , blue band with the time

Newbies do not get access to the cog until they have made a number of posts and been a member for a period. Just like posting links.
@Lu_thien MSE do not reveal how many posts are needed or how long you have to be a member. This is an anti-spam measure.
Keep posting and the cog will eventually appear in the blue bar at the top of your posts.

Ah ok! Thank you, last time I was here was 2019 (different account) so things are a wee bit different!
